  1.  All orders are subject to 50% prepayment, another 50% is payed before shipping. 
  2. All payments have to be made to NMU/Hempsy bank account. The account details are provided when the order is placed (depend on the currency) 
  3. Items that have been not picked up or returned are subject to 20% fee + shipping costs.
  4. Minimum order quantity for a single order is 40 pcs. For smaller orders retail prices apply. 
  5. Prices given in all rate cards may change. Current rates are always provided for actual orders. 
  6. Shipping costs are not included in Hempsy rate cards and are calculated individually, on the basis of the order volume / structure.
  7. Slight differences in product fiber are a result of natural fibers being used for the productions. Such slight differences are not subject to returns. 
  8. All Hempsy products are not coloured. Dying is possible upon request. We use natural / eco dye. 
  9. Our products can also be white-labeled and produced with your logo / graphics. The price of such branded products is derived on an individual basis, depending on the size and specifications of the logo.
  10. Special or big orders may take longer to be manufactured. This may take 6-8 weeks, depending on the size/complexity of the order and availability of raw materials. Please take this into account when placing your order.
  11. All Hempsy products are hand-made and thus the actual sizes may vary slightly from the descriptions in our catalog.
  12. All prices in Hempsy catalogs / rate cards are NET PRICES. 
  13. Custom made orders are possible. Quote is made, based on quantity and materials. 
  14. If you wish to receive a VAT invoice – please kindly provide all the details, including your TAX ID number when placing your order.
